身體一直很好,有點異狀就感到驚嚇。
有點疲憊的出門,又有點疲憊的回來,消耗的並不只是其中這段時間,更多的是一種心理上的轉換與適應。適應與轉換不難,難的是入口的時後要緩慢咀嚼、並盡可能地吸收養分。人老了開始注意某些細節與步驟,沒有速度揮霍。保持心靈上的自由度,但而深刻並且誠實的面對自己。
即使是哭泣。
