發現10點到2點睡覺是一個很好的時間,譬如說,早起起來弄個咖啡,在幽暗間打字。一切顯得清醒,可以大呼幾口空氣。(這裡有個nap建議)
最近開始調整的,不只是情感的控制和轉移,還有生活時間以及專注力。說話的調性,我猜,先從思想上的速度與行動上的協調取好平衡,然後我們才張口說話。像是不疾不徐的打開某個心裡長久不肯面對的傷口,在結痂之後切割進行檢視。從搖晃到平穩之間,內外在情境總是各自交錯,其實只是自己願不願意放手,讓重心急速地從天空安穩底墜落。
